Dean has over 15 years of leadership in manufacturing. Leading large teams in fast paced production environments where safety, systems, productivity, innovation and team culture are so important to get right. Dean has first hand experience seeing the gains that can be made by making simple and effective adjustments to the way we do things. Dean also has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, which gives him another level of thinking that helps across all aspects of business.
